heya! this is my main oc, Cerulean. (means a color of blue!) anywho,sorry for the horrible quality... and her colors are like a teensy bit brighter than this just bc my lighting is so bad! so you can see the color pallete, the one slightly unclear thing is the two earrings on the ear. there is one medium sized and one smaller. just be sure to remember that!
