The Dominion does not care about the Fate of a few underpopulated human states. And if anything, this shaves off dead weight..... The Dominion goes a step further by ceding the uninhabited zones of south America, making a strict stance that it will not leave the mountain/coastal areas which are now populated by Dominlings and rendered uninhabitable for humans. But precautions are taken. Ties are broken with the Australian puppet, and the few human populations in Mexico deported for "security" reasons. These acts of democratic aggression now taints the respect the collective still had in the Caribbean who were thought to be close allies..... One one hand there is the Madridian occupiers who killed billions at Proxima, and the other hand the Caribbean who actively works with forces who seek the extermination of the Dominion's people(USA and Runuzu) and "cleansing" of the wastelands they call home.
