it's obvious by now. call me a mustard label, i don't really care. the main reason for aeva's pre-debut disbandment is purely because i can't manage groups. i should've realized it sooner. under @CA-ent, i had a group called havive. where did it go? to inactiveness. now aeva, nobody's finishing their lines which were due literally more than a week ago. i thought giving long time for finishing lines would help in making the members lives easier. but i guess not. because looking back from all the experience i've had, nobody finishes their lines. okay, i understand, we're all teenagers, we have a busy life, stress, yes. but then why is it the same situation for literally every single person? why do 3/4th of the people in spop finish their lines after the due date or by leaving the group? i don't want to point out anyone but throughout my general journey, collabing with people, making groups, soloists, everything, nobody has finished their lines before time. even after repeated reminders you guys don't finish your lines and sometimes even ignore the fact that i've told you. i just want to bring this matter out in spop so that some people understand. sure, i don't finish lines sometimes either. i agree with that. but have i ever kept it pending for a long time and then just leave the group because it's too hectic? no. then why are you guys doing that? at least finish lines a day before the due date, right? its in every spop audition rule, 'finish lines on time', but who does that? literally no one. it's not a joke anymore. it's annoying, like really annoying. if your not going to finish your lines, then why audition in the first place? some people have to think before auditioning if they have time for the group. i recently made a group called lunara where i clearly stated in the rules that nobody should leave the group pre-debut and finish their lines on time. i also feel like people only audition and finish their lines for groups that LOOK well-managed, aesthetically appealing and advertise well. we need to burn that out in spop. even though my group does look good and i caught the attention of all the good spoppers, only aezrielle finished their lines. come on guys, at least start them right? that's it for aeva. i might plan more and finally choose the correct people for my next group under sinhag labels. well, aeva, your done. - sinhag labels
