After the civil war, a large famine brought starvation and unrest to the nation and to make matters worse. A drought has caused water shortages leaving many to die from dehydration. Even worse, an earthquake hit causing the already belingered and puny government to have to pay for reconstruction in amounts 5 times the current net worth of the nation. Crime begins to unravel, the government struggles to control damage, the darkness era begins.
