ᵂᵉˡᶜᵒᵐᵉ! ˢᵗᵘᵈⁱᵒ ᵗʸᵖⁱⁿᵍ... Hey guys! As you all know, I haven't had any time whatsoever to post anything. Obviously I'm focusing on school, sports, and real world relationships. I'm also working to become a Level 1 Sailing Instructor, getting better at driving, writing many books, and other random stuff, so I'm very busy. This past year, I dealt with a painfully toxic relationship. It was to the point where the person tried to make me feel bad for being Christian and trying to improve myself in a way that only glorified God. (For example, calling me “too innocent” because I don’t make inappropriate jokes hehe) Since I've finally gotten out of that (And found real friends, I prayed and God answered), I've been happier than ever- focusing on being positive, productive, and glorifying Jesus in everything has had its effect! Throughout the many friendships I've had this last year, I've realized this: Many Christians struggle with worldly sins. I mean, when everyone is watching the same 18+ TV show, listening to the same profanity-infested music, and wearing the same skimpy clothes, how can you not? They make you feel like an outsider if you don't. I'm obviously no better than anyone here. Countless times, I've done something I shouldn't have because someone made me feel left out for not. We are all sinners, and I've had just as many mistakes as anyone else, and they're not going away. But that doesn't mean I can't try to do what the Bible says! After people have tried to pressure me into all these things (and made fun of me when I didn’t want to or wasn’t allowed to), I finally decided I don’t care- and that I’m not going to pressure others into that stuff, either. It all has to start somewhere. So in my walk with Jesus, and focusing on staying away from worldly sins, I've decided that I want to do whatever I can to help others in this area as well. Or any Christian life things, anyway. Nobody is perfect, and nobody can be, so all we can do is try- and that's exactly what God wants us to do. I'm not here to call anyone out. Wherever you are in your walk with Jesus- even if it hasn't started yet- I'm here to walk it with you, to encourage you, and to give you guidance as a Sister in Christ. Here's what you can do- read the Bible, pray, and see everything you do in your day like this: Is it glorifying Him? I hope to post more Christian projects, if time allows. That's why this is an update- I really want to focus on Christian topics here, as I am taking inappropriate anime and whatnot out of my life (No, studio ghibli is not inappropriate). Anyways, that's all for now. God bless you!
