This is the part where I would normally say something like: "SPOILERS!!!! This project contains spoilers for the upcoming Vs Strawberry's Garden"... ...but I've already revealed that this is going to be a song in the game... So instead, I'm going to say that there are no spoilers in this project. Enjoy.
0. About the Hydro AYS Engine (with Credits) 1. Notes 2. Changelog [0. About the Hydro AYS Engine] The Hydro AYS Engine is a custom AYS (Add Yourself Singing) engine created by @k0d3rrr. Unlike most AYS engines, every engine in the Hydro AYS Engine was coded entirely from scratch* (pun not intended). *This only applies to Hydro AYS Engine versions greater than or equal to 1.3.0. All versions before 1.3.0 are based on the original AYS engine by @SquigglyTuff. Any similarity to code from Hydro Engine predating version 1.3.0 or the original AYS engine is purely coincidental. [1. Notes] - This is the first project I have shared in a while. The last project I shared was a thumbnail test project on @k0d3rrr_alt, and that was almost four months ago. - This is the second version of "Greg". You can listen to the first version here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1092788977/ - At the time of writing (December 9, 2025), I am still working on Vs Strawberry's Garden. - I have no idea how to get this song working in the current build of Vs Strawberry's Garden without the hold notes glitching out. - This was going to be Hydro Engine version 1.3.8, but I renamed it to version 1.4.0 because I added and removed a significant amount of content. Speaking of which... [2. Changelog] (Note: Subtle or unnoticeable changes will not be counted) - The project asks the player once if they would like to enable dialogue; saying "Y" or "Yes" will enable dialogue. - Countdowns can now appear in songs; use the "Event.play_countdown()" broadcast, as the "Countdown.begin()" broadcast is used for the countdown at the beginning. - The script engine has been removed, because normal scripts can already do what the script engine could do. - The camera now moves every beat, inspired by the camera from Scratch's Smooth Saturday. And more.
