Change the sliders to change the characteristics of the circle.
Originally, I wanted to quickly write a script that uses the pen tool to draw a circle for another project. It didn't take long for me to realize that its not actually that easy to do (lots of trig involved). Eventually I figured it out. All code is by me. Feel free to remix this and use it in a project.
