Catdows Legacy, on Scratch, will likely be equally powerful to Catdows XP. Legacy will be made on Turbowarp (@5Bearclaw5 has convinced me to make a less capable Scratch port for those who don't want to download some random html file) and have a nerfed web browser, (scratch projects, YouTube videos, anything that can go in an iframe) as well as in-project file uploads, and many things to come.
