insanity form dovah you're looking from siennas point of view this is when he first transforming into his insanity form this is also when sienna dies which is why you see the red and black spiral thats sienna dying and then the last thing she saw was dovahs insanity form and talking to him trying to calm him down while shes still consious and hes still got some semblance of sanity and is only in the transformation stage of this at first this is him starting to transform as normally he would have his mask on but it shatter when he goes insanity form and is replaced by a reddish mist after he fully transforms
