Frost has insane reflex speed. Rather than the normal humans 250 milliseconds (0.25 seconds) of reaction time, he has 10 milliseconds (0.01 seconds). Why? Frost is very, VERY fragile. Your attack you did would break every single one of his bones, and break the broken pieces. To counter his extremely weak build, he is VERY strong and fast.
