FINISHED! This isn't my FAVORITE of the animations I've made, but it's not my LEAST FAVORITE, either. I think the rain FX cover up some of the ugliness LOL This guy is sorta hard to draw XD. I hope he looks okay!! Run cycles are hard to animate LOL
