Well we're back. Gods I've been gone a while. I don't know how many of you remember this but yknow- here we go. (Sorry for being gone so long <3) Spring popped another m&m into her mouth, as she read over the high jump section a final time before closing the book. She was getting a bit tired and wanted to be ready for tomorrow. She put the journal away and slipped back into the tunnel and back into her closet. As she began getting ready for bed she spotted something on her desk, her phone, and under it a small note. 'I talked to your mom about it, be good <3' She smiled, picking up her phone and responding to her friend's texts before plugging it into the wall. She slipped out into the hallway and down the hallway to the bathroom, going through her bedtime routine before sneaking back to her room. She changed into pajamas and sat down on her bed, pulling the covers around her as she continued her book on foxes. But it was hard to focus, all she could hear in her mind was buzzing thoughts “what if everyone at your school bullied you like that?” “What if Raven doesn’t like me?” “What if I’m behind in school?” She slammed the book shut, tossed it on the floor and pulled the blankets over her head, shaking as she curled into herself. She barely got any sleep the whole night but before she knew it, it was morning. A sharp knock sounded at her door and her mom pushed the door open, flipping on the light and flooding the room with harsh light. Spring mumbled and rolled over "Your still not up?!" Her mom cried. "What time is it…" Spring groaned, covering her face with her hands. "7:45! We’re leaving in 15" her mom replied "Get up!" She closed the door and spring heard footsteps down the stairs. She sighed and rolled out of bed, tossing new clothes on and stumbling to her bathroom to clean up and put on make-up. She grabbed the rest of her things and rushed down the stairs into the kitchen. Her mom slid a plate of toast across the counter "You’ll eat in the car you can’t be late your first day" her mom said, taking her car keys from the holder on the wall and opening the front door. Spring was silent for most of the ride, texting her old friends as she stared out the window at the passing houses.
