I'm assuming you're going for a more chibi-like style so hopefully this is still helpful, I'm not really a chibi artist haha Mostly i recommend using thinner lineart if things look too blobby/unclear (like the mouth on the OG one) and making sure the joints are ok (blue lines on the second frame) :]
