She's desperately trying to escape and get back to her child. + this one was pretty rushed, sorry</3 ————————————————————— Ayome Aokawa is the loving mother of Uchiki and Luka. She has the sweetest, empathetic, grandma like nature even though she’s only 43 (she aged well lol, she looks like shes 25) She is married to a male octoling named Lucas Aokawa (luka and Uchiki's father), but he was k!dnapped with a bunch of other octolings by Kambo Co for experimentation. This event was called “The Great Octarian Sweep” People assumed Most Of the captives were d3ad (even though none of them were) Due to this, Ayome was considered a widow. After this event and the “loss” of her husband, Ayome was required to fight in the war to provide money to her family and support her kids. In one of these battles, Ayome was captured by a anti-octoling group of inklings called the "Nocto Ink Purists". Their goal is to wipe out the entire octoling race, but they mainly end up getting into fights with Octarian soldiers just to take as many hostages as possible. Most of the People in the "Nocto Ink purists" are Inklings that lost their family and/or friends to the Octatarian army under Octavio’s Control (hypno shades). Most if not all the Octarian soldiers that K!Iled/Captured Inklings in this group were forced to do so by the hypnoshades, and had no Intention of hurting any Inkling, they were forced to under the influence of the shades and had no control over it. In the hostages chamber of the Nocto Ink Purists hideout, hostages are put in simple, cramped metal cages with very little food and comfort. (Side note: She is not “fuzzytised” because Uchiki and Luka were Captured and "fuzzytised" due to fact that they left octopolis to find their mon that had not come home for weeks, They were both under the age of 11 when they were captured, explaining why grizz was able to snatch them so easy.) Ayome was tortur3d and underfed during this time, but she still keep her unbreakable spirit and high hopes with her. In her first attempt to escape, Ayome was caught almost instantly. As a punishment and warning, she lost her arm. After 3 more attempts to escape, she finally made it out of the HQ and escaped to the splatlands to find refuge. There, Ayome found refuge at a local cafe owned by an empathetic seahorseling working there, who invited her to stay and rest for as long as she liked. Later, after eventually reuniting with Uchiki, (Keiko went to that cafe all the time for pastries and slowly made the realization they shared the same last name lol-) Ripple mitzuta (OC) went to go free the fellow captives she was captured with in “The Great Octarian Sweep”(Ripple Somehow escaped before them) with the help of Maple/Agent 24. Ripple, being friends with Uchiki, realized that her “father figure” in the hard times of Kambo CO (Lucas), ALSO shared the last name with Uchiki. Quickly realizing this, she contacted Uchiki and her mother and reunited them with their long lost father. One of the victims of “The Great Octarian Sweep” saved from Kambo Co included Raija Raibaru, also known as Qwin’s older sister. Uchiki asked if Raija (who is very very strong, especially for a female Octarian), Qwin, and Maple/Agent 24 would assist in helping reclaim Luka from Mr.Grizz’s laboratories. While Maple, Uchiki, and Qwin were fighting off Mr.Grizz, Raija was tasked with saving Luka. Raija carried Luka out and quickly begin to fall in love XD The whole family was finally reunited thanks to the help of friends. Raija and Luka dated for over a year eventually got married <33 They adopted a young child who had been caught in “The Great Octarian Sweep” as well and had lost her parents. <33 And that’s all I have for now lol XD Sorry for the late response!! Life became very busy ever since September hit, although that’s not an excuse for my lack of updates :( Hope you enjoyed the story!! I loved making this little character come to life, she ties quite a lot of my story’s together!
