Just a normal clicker game, except it is being made by someone who has no free time to work on it, so development is kind of slow. A friend of mine [ @coolbean123z ] is making a game like this, and I wanted to see if I could make a better version.
Updates will be marked with a big number (to represent a big update) and a small number (to represent a minor update). For example, Update 5.0 would be the 5th big update, but Update 4.7 would be the 7th small update of the 4th big update. Updates are categorized with the oldest at the bottom, newest at the top. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [ 11/20/25 ] Update 1.8- Pause/Settings Menu - Officially set course on finishing the pause menu. This entire sub-update is about the pause menu, on request from @coolbean123z. - Finished basic pause mechanic - Made changes to accommodate possible settings customizations to change in the pause menu - Working on the credits section of the menu - Added clouds to thumbnail :) [ 11/19/25 ] Update 1.7- Finished Upgrade Panel - I finally fixed depth-sorting, so the flickering shouldn't be as bad! - Upgrade Panel's descriptions are done! - Working on making functional upgrades; a big update is coming some time soon! - Added thumbnail - Starting work on a pause menu - Sorry I was gone for so long. I lost motivation, and then forgot about this. [ 10/26/25 ] Update 1.6- Started Upgrade Panel - Developing Upgrade Panel's description (appears when you hover over it) - I'm only going to implement the actual upgrades once it looks how I want it [ 10/16/25 ] Update 1.5- Minor Tweaks - Starting on the basis of the upgrade system (what you see in the upgrade panel is JUST PLACEHOLDER) - After a couple minutes, I finally got the layering for sprites right - Press-holding on the well no longer messes up the sound effect that plays when you click it - Added a new song for background music [ 10/15/25 ] Update 1.4- Money Counter - Reworked the number system to include far bigger numbers; unfortunately, it won't get much better because Scratch sucks at dealing with big numbers (e.i. 10^18 and anywhere above) - Made minor tweaks to visuals and animations [ 10/14/25 ] Update 1.3- Professionalism - Added smooth animation between basic interactions such as touching the upgrades bar, etc, using sine waves [Check out my project: - Spam clicking bug finally resolved! - Getting ready to implement an actual basic fishing system, instead of just looking at a list... - Trying to figure out how to make sounds start when you do certain activities [ 10/13/25 ] Update 1.2- Shine :) - Unfortunately, the bug involving spam clicking is unresolved; if you spam the bucket too fast, the game just stops. - New background! - New shine effect around the bucket! - Laying groundworks for upgrade panel (the purple rectangle is a placeholder) - Tried and failed to get Minor sound effects working :( [ 10/12/25 ] Update 1.1- The Loot Pool - Temporarily showing the list of fishing odds; this is just a placeholder - The bug involving the project randomly stopping is now gone (as long as you don't spam click)! - Working on the fish pool translator; that is, a script to take whatever number you got from the Fishing Pool and give you the appropriate money. [ 10/11/25 ] Update 1.0- Basic Start - Basic mouse hover detection to make things satisfying - Implemented random fishing odds generator - Optimized it by having only a single forever loop to run everything - Found a bug that makes it so clicking on the bucket sometimes just stops the project. Working on solutions. for the idea! :) for the music! Check his game out here: :
