Hallow is a big fan of Halloween. Every Halloween he sets out on trying to prank at least one person. He's a silly boi, who is also very protective over his sister. Him and his sister have been very close ever since their parents had died during the war. (He still was close with her even before the incident, she is also mute.) Even though Hallow may seem rude and selfish at times, deep down he's just a softie. (His sister was made by @-_incompetent_- here on scratch!)
