He attempts one of the most zaniest things ever discovered by man, SKATEBOARDING!1!1!!1!11 (little does he know, he's not on top of a skateboard, but a snowboard, and there IS no snow) What will happen? Will he still fail to snowboard with no snow? Well, he'll probably fail, but at least he tried to be cool
