The project will do the following: 1. Asks the user to enter their test mark 2. Calculate the Percentage 3. Determines which level they achieved 4. Provides appropriate feedback and encouragement 5. Gives advice on next steps 6. The program should repeat based on the Number of Learners in the class 7. If the learner enters a negative value or a value about the test mark, it should give an error message
