So first make 1 main sprite with no shadowing (trust me, doing that will make it when you rotate it FOLLOW THE ROTATION AND NOT THE LIGHT.) And add a forever block (with a green flag) and turn direction to whatever! And make a 2nd sprite, it's your choice if you want to make the shadowing separate sprites or the shadows and lighting in 1, now add a forever block with a green flag, and "Go to (sprite:name=[sprite1])" and make a variable for size to indicate the shadowing, "Set size to: size" and done!
