Mr. Bean is the star of the multiple comedic short movies entitled "Mr. Bean," where he participates in shenanigans around Britain. He is played by British actor Rowan Atkinson. Could I have done his cartoon version? Yes, but I don't like it nearly as much as the real Mr. Bean.
