this is one of my OCs :) his name is The Chancellor (that's his title actually lol) and he is the main antagonist of a story I am currently working on (later he isn't an antagonist tho) he is not blind, he just wears that in order to obscure his identity. like, so everyone in Evertheria knows who he is, but they also don't know who he is if that makes sense his lore is essentially: he fell in love with his best friend, but she sacrificed herself to save their kind from their corrupt government so he went down to earth and became the Chancellor of evertheria. he has been alive for ~900 years and his name is kiro and no one knows that he is his species and he is the leader of evertheria. comment aero or kirin if you got this far the background is what his eyes look like but without pupils comment green if you were paying attention to his lore and know his name :>
