hello! since I am still currently working on AnD, you can read this story! :D (start here!) Sunpaw chewed on her stringy mouse. It was leaf-bare and food was scarce. Her mentor, Dawnflare, had ordered her to eat and then go hunting. Which was weird because normally apprentices hunt and then ate. After a few minutes, Sunpaw stood up and padded over to her friend, Otterpaw. “How’s your training doing, Otterpaw?” Sunpaw asked. Otterpaw sniffed. Her blue glassy eyes were dull and tired. Her dark brown fur was ruffled and messy. “It’s fine. Lostwillow’s just been keeping me busy for whatever reason.” Otterpaw replied and letting out a small sigh. Lostwillow was Otterpaw’s mentor and also Dawnflare’s littermate. Poor Otterpaw! She looks beaten up. “Do you have to do anything today?” Sunpaw mewed carefully. “Yes. Do you want me to list them out for you?” Otterpaw asked, starting to take a deep breath in to list the things she needed to do. “N-no, I’m good. Wanna meet at the lake at dusk later?” Sunpaw purred cheerfully, trying to cheer Otterpaw up. Her friend has always had a fragile voice and body. ”No. I’m afraid I can’t. Lostwillow asked me to gather herbs.” Otterpaw mewed softly. Sunpaw tried hard to hide her disappointment.
