I felt motivated to make this and I don't know why I couldn't fit DC's number on the map, but it's 27 If you can't see, 29 = Delmarva, 30 = New Jersey, 31 = Long Island, 32 = Connecticut, 33 = Rhode Island, 34 = Massachusetts, 35 = Maine Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Alaskan Regions are not counted
