Testing out scratch's new extension feature! Space to show/hide settings bottom left button to change camera setting
★This project uses scratch's new extension feature. The extension provides locations for the eyes, nose, ears, mouth, the top of the head, and between the eyes, and with all of these points, we can use geometry of the face to make some fun (and cool) things happen! ★Here's how the project works, from the most simple, to the most complicated! Each with their description for their use. ★All given extension points and features: ↪The given points in this new extension are the left and right ears, eyes, and the nose, top of the head, mouth, and between the eyes. The extension also provides face shape size and face tilt. ↪These points are essential when using face detection, they are the fundamental properties of this project and all other features used in it. Shape face size and face tilt are useful for somethings, but not as useful. ★Identifying the chin location: ↪The chin is located the same distance below the mouth as the distance from the mouth to the nose, so by using simple math, we can plot the chin. ↪The chin provides the bottom of the head, and can be used for the later identified center of the head location. ★Identifying the center of head location: ↪The center of head is located between the chin, top of head, and ears. Using a simple equation with the x and y coordinates of the four given points gives us the center of head location. ↪The center of the head stays stationary to the head when looking, or tilting, left or right. This identifies the direction the face is looking or tilting in [with the use of the average point] ★Average Point ↪The average point of all other points. Takes the average x and y and places it. ↪Useful for identifying the center of all points, where most of the points are located ★Facing direction: ↪The direction the face is looking in is found by using the center of the head point and the eyes. ↪Useful for knowing the direction the face is looking in.
