ok so i decided to take a scratch cat head, make it look as ugly as i possibly can and then give it a body and full animations, aaand an entire undertale fight attack that's actually kinda hard to dodge for extended periods of time CREDITS TO: @jinxcat7575 for some of the aspects of the design for spingcat, made the body, i made the right arm, and legs, but other than that jinxcat helped with creating spingcat ADDED NO-HIT MODE ALONG WITH NORMAL MODE!
