As most of you seeing this project may have noticed, I've become rather inactive recently, even on @Khelkah. So, first and foremost, I'd like to apologize for that. I've found myself much more busy recently, and just haven't been able to check in online as often (whether from being away from home or just being too exhausted by the end of the day). Now, onto what this is about. I will be leaving the internet- all of my socials, including my ones on Scratch, will be deleted or just go entirely private. This includes my DA being deleted, @Typhooneanimates being deleted, @ionstorage turning private, @Khelkah being deleted, and my TH turning private. @Strike-of-a-Snake_- will stay up just for anyone who wishes to come by and enjoy what was completed of the story! Before we get into the heartfelt goodbye, here's the transactional stuff: - I won't be able to complete payments for people I owe art. I'm truly sorry, and if you wish to take back whatever I offered for, feel free! I genuinely hope I didn't inconvenience you too much :,) - Anyone who owes me art will no longer! If it was for something like a YCH or anything that requires me to make new art, I'm afraid I won't be able to do it. If it was for a premade adopt, you're free to just take it, just contact me so I can make sure it's official! - @Khelkah will be taken down on all platforms. If you own KMYOEs, you can keep them! If you own unfinished KMYOEs, feel free to complete them whenever, no approval needed. Any of you are free to make more KMYOEs without the approval system (they will just be marked as "noncanon", but be forewarned! The KMYO information will be taken down, so if you want to make accurate "noncanon" KMYOEs after I leave! - My art will be taken down from all sites I'm on! Therefore, if you own art from me, download it soon, 'cause it won't be here for long! I can't guarantee I'll be able to see your comments if you request a temporary reshare to download an image, so do it ASAP! - I will keep my Disco up. I won't check often, but feel free to keep me added to chat every now and then! (want to find me on Disco? My display is Arkkeina-magic and my user is ionflight) - And, again, I am very sorry to everyone that this inconveniences. especially, I know you've been the most invested member of Khelkah I've ever seen, and if you'd like, you're free to start your own offbranch or something where you keep your shops up running for new "noncanon" KMYOEs! So, why am I leaving? Not because of toxicity. I'll always find patience to deal with even the most obnoxious of souls. Not because of burnout. If anything, I'm feeling more alive than I have in years! I'm leaving because I gotta get a wiggle on with my life. I've loved every interaction I've had here, both the good and the bad. It's been a wonderful experience to meet so many different types of people to teach me so many life lessons! TSOAS might have been cancelled, and some of you may consider that a failure, but boy, did it make me so happy to see how much people loved it. That's a win in my book! And, let's be honest, in Khelkah's early months, it was fueled just by my frustration and spite towards "sparklespecies" and the general closed species community. But, over time, as I met more and more people who I would have considered "unoriginal" joining and genuinely warming my heart, I learned it's not that black-and-white. Not to mention the fact that so many people were inspired to make their own Planet MYOs! It always made me grin uncontrollably behind the screen to see people sending me links to their new PMYO accounts <3 But now, I've found my calling in life, or at least, my general trajectory, and I want to give it my all. This chapter of my life is coming to an end- and on such a cliffhanger, too! I can't wait to see what comes next, but in order to do that, I have to work for it!
