I'm honestly starting to get annoyed with the people around me saying "so and so had an angry reaction to this and they were happy like 5 seconds before, they must be bipolar" which is honestly not even accurate. That could lean more so to overwhelming stress on the "nuerotypical" side of things, or lean more so to Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) on the side that they're sensitive to stress. It could also just be AD or ADHD. And Idk why I put "normal stress responses" in the title tbh because EVERYONE has a different response to stress and how much they can take. Some may have similarities, some may have overlap, but its best to see a professional instead of making assumptions yourself. Something my first semester algebra II teacher said to our class was "when you assume, it makes an a-hole out of you". Which isn't always the case when thinking about it but in cases where you judge because you think you know someones personality, thats not okay in anyway.
