I love this design :3 I might add themes of swallows and lilacs to the design, because they symbolize nostalgia. I love gloomy color palettes. The water's looking a bit trippy. Oh yeah, I also tried a different way of drawing wings :D Backstory: They are spirit who cannot remember their former identity through some form of memory loss. They see their current form as temporary and are careful not to get too attached to it. They want to find their past identity by searching through places that feel familiar and for imprints that their past self left or their body. Their obsession with finding their past self has caused them to think of their current and past selves as different beings. They refer to their past self as "I" and their current self as "they."
