✪ Update 4 … Flatwork with Stormy ..! ✪ … 10/12/25 … Hello foxtrotters! I just brought Stormy out for a spin today, just to get her gears turning. As some of you may know, she gets bored very easily and doesn’t do well when left to her own devices. When I walked down to the barn, I could hear her banging herself on her her stall, whinnying and crying for someone to pay attention to her. I had left her in the night before because of possible storms and high winds, which she was not happy about. I decided to tack her up and take her out on a ride, because none of her neighbors could think with the racket. Once we settled in to the arena, she instantly collected herself and framed, overjoyed that she had something to do. We just focused on some sitting trot and cantering, and she did wonderfully. I challenged her to some flying changes, and she picked them up right away. Overall a very nice show from Stormy, and a reliefs for everyone else. I dropped an interactive treat in her stall to keep her busy, and gave her a nice wash (she needed it!) Stay tuned for more… Have a great rest of your day/night!
