Technologically this world is similar to that of the Ancient Egyptians. Most of the East is very tropical whereas the West is much more akin to a desert similar to the Middle East. Most real world Religions do exist in this universe but only a few nations bear it as a primary leadership elector. This is just the main continent of a larger map I have designed as well. This 'main continent' is named Aureth. The other continents mostly have competing nations that regularly have territorial disputes but all borders return to that shown on this map shortly after. The continent of Aureth was once ruled by an ancient Empire, The First Sun Dynasty which is now in nothing more than fragments. The main ones being the three central empires. The west nations like Al-Ekar caliphate have distanced themselves from the ways and religion of the Sun Dynasty and practically creating Judaism in a completely distinctly different world from our own. A northern nation also existed during the reign of the Sun Dynasty and has now crumbled into the three north-western nations Rymiad, Achoreli and Pherexes. Other nations like Tehr-Oh, Elove and Costales all had a reform from the days of the Sun Dynasty forming what we call Democracy. Other continents all have lore like this but if I were to write it down it'd take me literal years. So enjoy the lore so far and feel free to make theories of what you think could be part of the story!
