So essentially there’s this unused debug room called room_spritetest that is a catalog of every sprite in the game, and it’s organized by location in the game. Papyrus sprites go with Papyrus, Omega Flowey sprites go with Omega Flowey, etc. The Gaster followers appear in the same location as the other followers, but they’re all immediately after mysteryman. Redacted, however, is in a completely different section, it’s nearby the Blook farm sprites, near the unused horse stable. Unfortunately, all the sprites go by in a blur (except for one undyne head sprite, no clue what that's all about) but voila! There's definitive proof redacted is just that, a redacted NPC version of the mysteryman fun event. More damning is that this was never supposed to be seen by the public, as it is just a debug room, so Toby would not be as likely to obfuscate it. And if he did obfuscate it, why did he put spr_mysteryman close to the Gaster Followers and Redacted somewhere else, when he could have put both somewhere else?
