I meant to make this project when I finished this piece but I got sent into hyperfixation overdrive like 10 minutes after this got done so oops!!!! (Learned that my favorite artist is releasing a new song on friday) (and that day marks one month until I see them live) (oh my god I’m not gonna be normal about this) Recently I’ve been working on a new story, so decided to draw one of the main characters of it!! ‘Story’ is a bit of an oversimplification though it’s more like 6 separate one-arc stories that combine together to make up the reason why StarClan literally collapsed in tcc I’ve actually had Shadowfall for a LONGG time, since like 2022, but she’s been majorly underdeveloped for this entire time. With the set of stories I’m working on though (aka The Untold / tut collectively), she’s been getting more development for reasons that are VERY lengthy and long, but tldr she’s involved in StarClan’s collapse and because of that she needed her own story in tut as all orchestrator’s of the collapse are getting their own tut story She’s one of the only characters of this story collection that hasn’t gotten a breakdown paragraph yet though, so she’s still really not ironed out. BUT what I am thinking for her lore is that she gets contacted by Ivoryaster (aka tcc cat god I might do art of her and post it here later) to take Shadowfall’s cousin / Pepperstar off the census for reasons I’m still figuring out. She ends up failing the mission though and gets exiled by her clan, going on to have a giant fight with Ivoryaster that results in Ivory murking Shadowfall herself, then rendering her as a resident of the dark forest. There’s a bit more to it but like I said I’m still working on ironing this cat out :’DD Better than her old lore though where she was basically just like. a mapleshade clone if I’m being honest. Went from a mean girl with relationship issues to a mean girl with religious issues how fun!!!! Oh yeah also she has a wildly toxic friendship with Coalstar (another character I think I’ve posted on here before) while in the dark forest. Thank god Shadowfall isn’t Seraph though Coalstar has been through enough messy-to-horrible relationships Mayyy or may not post some more the untold pieces / characters on here soon so be on the lookout for that perhaps!! There’s some more main characters that I really wanna draw so I’m hoping I’ll be able to get to them soon ^^
