Both are official C.R. posters Cross:Priest Red Cross:Medic Private E-1 can only be found at training camps. Draftee's start at Private E-2 and Enlisted start at Private First class and need no power upgrading and Draftee's can go past the max but need Major General + permission and at least 4 years of service. It is so rare only 3 Draftee's have passed the max.
