The kits' eye colors are the MIDDLE shade. He didn't want to raise kits without a partner- and she doesn't want a partner. His own dad died before they ever met, and she doesn't know what it's like to be a parent, and as always, is unwilling to be taught, so some of her teachings are...bad. All of them actually. Sigh. She plays favorites and love is conditional, where kits that work to impress him, and share his beliefs (the most important of which being that she's the best) receive more care and attention, whereas rebellious kits that take a liking to other cats rather than him will be ignored. completely. the kits will be encouraged to compete with each other for her affection and shun the siblings that do not partake in such competition. She's not concerned with raising them to be kind, fierce or strong, only caring about whether or not they like him. ⊱┊The Kits ₊˚ˑ༄ؘ [REQUIEM] ╰┈➤ [AFAB ⸝⸝ 11.1 in] ❝ shark and a swan song ❞ A dark brown tabby she-kitty with darker fur along the ears, tail, and muzzle. Swirling stripes like a hurricane dance across her back, tail and muzzle, fading as they approach her paws, which are the color of wet sand, matching her chest, underbelly and inner ears. Her aqua eyes match only the oceans of the Caribbean- not that her father knows what that is. Her skin is dark pink, speckled with darker spots, just like that of her siblings. Research: none ---- [FRILL] *technically its frilled shark but this better >:( ╰┈➤ [AFAB ⸝⸝ 10.7 in] ❝ shark and a decoration ❞ Cream at the head, fawn at the tail, Frill is paler than her older sister, with curly fur and stormy gray-green eyes, waves before a storm, Frillkit also has the same dark pink skin, speckled with darker spots. She's got stripes over her face, lower legs, and tail, with a star in the center of her forehead- hopefully marking her for greatness, not StarClan. Research: curly fur ---- [LEMON] ╰┈➤ [AMAB ⸝⸝ 11.2 in] ❝ shark and bitter feeling ❞ No one tell me that lemon sharks aren't actually this yellow-y, on my planet they are. The odd one out amongst his siblings- but he was with the litter, so he must be one of them. He has a cream-colored pelt, spattered with pale golden brown- and darker creams, with a spatter of snowflakes on the spine, paws, and muzzle. Tear markings run off the borders of eyes fitting of his name, although perhaps closer to the color of honey. Lemon ALSO has the same dark pink skin, speckled with darker spots, defining him as part of the family :3 Research: none ---- [WOBBEGONG] ╰┈➤ [AMAB ⸝⸝ 12.4 in] ❝ only a shark- but a handsome one ❞ My favorite design aghhhhhhhhhhh no fair I have to give my child away :( Anyyyywayyyyy, like his sister Frillkit, Wobbegong's got a few different shades in him, but this guy's in reverse! Starting at the tail and back paws is a perfect gradient, cream, fawn, dusky brown, seal, chocolate, occasionally broken up by speckles just like his brother, Lemonkit's! Long fur hangs in front of eyes tinted the same color as his adopted parent's. Same fun skin pattern <3 Research: retinal distrophy ---- [BASKING] ╰┈➤ [AFAB ⸝⸝ 8.5 in] ❝ shark and a summer day ❞ Baskingkit is significantly smaller than her siblings, with a fringe of cream floof hanging over one eye. The brown in her pelt is more...grayish- the stunning color of clouds before rainfall. In fact, she has her eldest sister's hurricane stripes and sea-eyes to match, her whole self the embodiment of a storm-with an ironic name that tells tales of sunshine and warmth.
