Hello Again! And Halloween is coming up so i figured out i had to make a new OC, and i named Him Ghost Pepper. He seems a little mysterious Maybe we will see in a different project! I don't know why i made him pulled off his cap.
I just the OC and the name is just perfect for the Halloween edition!
