if enemies get struck by lightning they get slowness II and electacuted III does tick dmg 3 per second for 8 secs 2nd move you can get speed II for 5 secs 30 sec cool down none of this is in the game this is just the effects the staff is here this is what the bolts do to monsters enjoy I think this is WAY better sadly I got rid of the lightning bolt the one when you pressed "a" a bolt of lightnig came down I scrapped that idea and did this insted this was not what I thought of but I'm still happy thanks for everything bigDUCKisCOOL for everything :) tell ryryrygoodguy1 to check this out he wanted some magic staffs once again thank you :)
