He hides the fact that he's part cenagon with his tail wrap and bandana because his mother was a hybrid and faced constant suppression. She kept getting harassed on the street for being unnatural and not a true lightwing, but one day she left their house and never came back. Now Kindle is careful not to let anyone know that he's a hybrid, and lives by himself and is in training to become a lightwing scout/spy .
