It uses its manipulative abilities to turn toons against themselves and eventually resort to violence, driving them past insanity and into their own graves. Torturer is the root of all chaos, and is yet to be defeated by our brave heroes; it is going to make sure it stays that way, no matter what drastic length it has to go to. Torturer takes the form of Razzle, for his comedy mask acts as a deceptive tool to gain toon's trust before ripping them to shreds. It is unknown if Torturer has a Dazzle counterpart, though it is highly unlikely...? *
