The BR2 is a modified BR1 by Hardpoint. It uses 7.62x51mm NATO rounds. The main difference is the extended barrel, allowing for longer range shooting, though it is now slightly heavier. The BR1 was originally developed by Jupiter and they shall be credited with most of the design.
