"Have I gone mad?" I say walking back to the table. "I'm afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are." The Mad Hatter said grinning pouring me another cup of tea. "H-How will I get back home and... oh no" realization dawns me as I start to understand. I was the girl that was going to go missing this year. I was never going to return home. "Home?" Mad Hatter asked tilting his head to the side obviously confused. "Well, how will I survive Wonderland? It's completely mad here!" I yell throwing my hands up in frustration. Everywhere I looked there was a white rabbit running away. "A land full of wonder, mystery, and danger. Some say, to survive it, you need to be as mad as a hatter." he said tipping his hat at me. My mouth dropped open. "Mad as you? I could never!" I say standing up straighter. "I have no nonsense in me!" I say lifting my chin hoping I look more mature. "Being here to long can make you go bonkers!" he said doing a little turn. Then he grabbed my hand and twirled me around. I laugh a little even though I feel like I was going to throw up. How long until I go mad? Was I already mad from chasing that rabbit down into this strange place? "Well I must be off now I want to at least try and get home." I say taking a breathe. "Off you be then! AND REMEMBER WE'RE ALL MAD HERE" he yelled after me as I began to walk away. It felt like I was wondering for hours before I saw the white rabbit again. "WAIT!" I yell, chasing after the white rabbit again. He took off running. I chase after him branches scratching my face. The white rabbit takes a sharp turn but i can't turn fast enough, I run straight off the cliff. I scream as I fall right off the cliff straight into a rose bush.
