Flint used to be a notorious outlaw in the Spark Wastes, until they lost their partner, Steel. The last thing Steel gave them was the flint striker they use today. The sack of gunpowder that Flint has slowly regenerates over time, so if they empty it out, they have to wait a while before using it again. chicken jockey :)
