DVD Screensaver, Basically Space bar shows you the following: Speed Config Static Config Skin Config Trail Config Hit Sound Config Plane Config Size Config Static when set to 1 has a static config Pen Modes 0. None 1. Solid 2. Blinky 3. Trail FPS meter tells whether or not the DVD logo you see is also at the same location of the "Guide" per second. This would count as an update meter, which is also an FPS meter. This also explains why it goes out of place momentarily and back, for those who are wondering.
