This is a prequel to Death Rush where you are the scientist that created the plague. You got infected, and run around a building infecting everyone in it. You move from room to room, finding powerups and upgrades and eventually escape the building, spreading the plague around the world. Also yes, the scientist here is a boss in Death Rush.
