Yup, it's here. I made it where you can drag and drop blocks to make your extension instead of using JavaScript. You can use it here: https://block-factory-two.w3spaces.com (If it's not up, that's because I'm on my hosting provider's "Free" plan and after a certain amount of people have viewed my webpage each month, they take it down. If it's down, come back on the 18th of the month because that's when it resets.)
