During the Napoleonic War in 1812. Napoleon has pulled out of Russia due to the Blight(Zombie horde) crawling out of Moscow and invading the West and North Russia. The Blight has invaded Northern Austria. The DOW and the Kingdom of Prussia are fighting to gain their land back after the DOW fell to the horde. All countries have come to a cease-fire to confront the situation. The Ottoman Empire has blocked its border and is shooting anyone who gets near. Great Britain has called off the war with the US in fear of the blight reaching Britain. The US declared quarantine in February of 1812. The US Navy is required to form a blockade of the coast of the Atlantic. The Blight is creeping into northern France. The United States has bought the land of Louisiana, but Napoleon is offering to clean Spain out of the land if the US joins the War on the Blight. All US state representatives, Congress, and all government and military is showing up to meet in the Congress building.
