the treaty is as follows: section 1, diplomacy: *there shall be no backhand deals, such as treaties or alliances or any form of cooperation between 2 or more nations. if there is such thing, expect for everyone else to know about it aswell. (basically, theres no secrets, everyone will know about it [not rp or military moves, but cooperation or trades / alliance formation etc.]) *all warring nations must cease all hostile action immediately, and any future wars must be PREVENTED with DIPLOMACY (peaceful, non-violent [no roasting, no insulting, no mass reporting, etc.]), and all states that are or will conspire against the other mustn't do as such, for it is wrong. *all diplomatic actions must be made public, like earlier stated there shall NOT be any backhand (secret) deals. section 2, military: *There shall be multiple demilitarized zones, across both UDFR and Uzbeni terrirories will NO MILITARY WHETHER OFFENSIVE OR NOT cannot access, as it would be in violation of the treaty. section 3, land and geographical: *All puppets owned by Uzbeni and UDFR forces are to be given autonomy, and ethnic groups are to have autonomy. THERE SHALL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. They would be controlled by UDFR but also have their own freedom in some way *Uzben will give up its claims in former modian lands, and would give independence to multiple nation states, the UDFR will give autonomy to its various tribes and would also let them act on their own accord and to let them decide for themselves what they can do with UDFR guidance *Madridiya would occupy both the Lesser Uzbeni, and Lesser UDFR nation, putting them up under the rule of the phalanx to safeguard peace and prosperity. along with this, Madridiya would occupy the islands to the north of frueza and would use that as a base of operations for any military campaign against either of the belligerents involved in this petty conflict. *the Madridiyan Queen and the Madridiyan Prime-Minister would oversee the signings of the treaty in person, and would make sure all is according to plan. *The belligerents colonial claims would also be adjusted to oversee civilian and ethnic oversight. section 4, other stuff: *ANY VIOLATION of this treaty WILL RESULT IN DIPLOMATIC AND ECONOMIC REPRUCUSSIONS. *ANY FORM OF TRYING TO LOOPHOLE YOUR WAY OUT OF THIS AND TO FIGHT ONCE MORE WILL RESULT IN THE FULL ON ANNEXATION OF YOUR NATIONS, I AM TIRED OF THIS PETTY FIGHTING.... *IF I FIND ANY FIGHTING OCCURING AFTER THIS TREATY GOES INTO AFFECT THEN EXPECT THE ABOVE TO ASWELL TO HAPPEN *THERE SHALL BE NO MORE ARGUMENTS, NO MORE INSULTS, NO MORE "ROASTS", NO MORE BICKERING NOR SHALL THERE BE FIGHTING, ITS DONE...
