Currently it can only do rain, because I was feeling kinda depressed when I made this (I'm ill D: ) I find that the 3D effect works best when you lean back and look at it from a bit of a distance.
I intend to use this in a weather simulator with: Rain Clouds Sun/Moon+Stars Day/Night Fog
