I named him Typhoon and he's a little goober. In the 1st drawing (currently the only one) he's kinda like an ocean god or a guardian of the ocean or smth idk I just wanted to draw that I made the stripes glow and added some extra fish like stuff to him bc I felt like it. also the background isn't mine I got it off of Google and the overlay is just the background zoomed in with the opacity lowered lol I'm lazy the tn is beautiful :3
