(nearby racers get stunned for 2 seconds and +.7 speed boost for about 6-8 seconds, also it has a cool down of 5 secs) SPARKY: "All in the tophat" (the tophat chooses; either it sends out 1-3 massive explosions, gives it's wielder a massive speed boost; or it makes a useless sentient oil slick.) What, you asked for a jack in the box? oops. DARK MAGOLOR: q,e, and space are to do ability. (q is to summon 3 fireballs, space to summon sword, and e is to summon explosions which might not actually summon)
