Next installment of watercolor pieces I painted. Click to see the next one. 1. this one was an exercise in compositional balance. I thought it turned out cool 2. red trees are so fun to paint. You can use the texture of the watercolor for some really neat effects. I was unsure about it when I was painting it, but I think it turned out nice :) 3. this is actually a painting I did on location. It's crazy how quickly the sun moves and the lighting changes.
